1. What courier do you use?
- We use Kwikmove and MCFA for Metro Manila orders and JRS Express for Provincial orders.
2. Do you ship internationally?
- We currently do not ship internationally but we are working on it!
3. Can I reserve an item?
- Yes, reservation is valid for two business days after order placement excluding Holidays and Weekends. However, your order will automatically be cancelled if you are unable to submit proof of payment within this period.
4. Can I extend my reservation period?

5. Do you accept returns?
- All sales are final. We double check and bubble wrap all accessories and we have our own resealable bags for garments to ensure safety during shipments.
6. What are your mode of payments?
- PayPal, BDO Unibank, Inc., Bank of the Philippine Islands, and GCash.
7. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
- Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery via Lalamove and Grab Express deliveries
